She also plugged in her ear buds and they sounded like Mono Instead of Stereo. I plugged my Turtle Beach Z11 Headset into my other Sisters HP that has Windows 10 (She Upgraded from Windows 7) and my Turtle Beach Z11 Headset sounded like Mono Instead of Stereo. I plugged my Turtle Beach Z11 Headset into my Sister's HP that still has windows 8.1 and my Turtle Beach Z11 Headset sounded fine. The Headset Microphone Seems to be Working Fine.
In Windows 8.1 The Speakers built into the Laptop and The Turtle Beach Z11 Headset sounded like Stereo and loud (Perfect).
